If you do not receive a success message when you hit submit then we did not receive the application! Please check that all required fields are filled and resubmit.

Camp Sessions
Each session is $750.00; a non refundable $50.00 deposit is required upon acceptance to camp.
(Deposits are not required for those who have camp paid by an agency however you must provide us a letter of authorization from your organization.)

Payment in full is required by MAY 1st
Refunds will be granted if cancelled prior to June 1st, all funds will be returned via Check less the $50.00 office fee.

Camp Dates for 2025 are:
Session 1 (Adult): June 22 - 27
Session 2 (Adult): June 29 - July 4
Session 3 (Adult): July 6 - 11
Session 4 (Adult): July 13 - 18
Session 5 (Adult): July 20 - 25
Session 6 (Adult): July 27 - August 1
Session 7 (Youth): August 3 - 8
Session 8 (Adult): August 10 -15

Adult sessions are for campers 18 and over only.
Youth sessions are for campers 17 and under only.

We are unable to grant requests for late arrival or early pick-up times. Please choose a session where your child can be in attendance at camp for the entire six days.

Please number the sessions you want from highest to lowest, please put an X for any sessions you are not interested in.

*Applications must be submitted no later than 3 weeks before session begins.**

**** We are not equipped to accept campers who require one-on-one care. ****

I understand that Camp Grace Bentley is not equipped to service children who require one-on-one care or are unable to function on a 3-1 camper/counselor ratio.

Upon submitting application to Camp Grace Bentley please note:

Application to Camp Grace Bentley does not ensure that your child will be accepted. A committee will review the application to determine if Camp Grace Bentley is equipped to accommodate the needs of your child. Many factors are taken into consideration.
The decision of the committee is final.

Camper Physical Record which must be signed by a licensed physician

Release agreement which must be signed by the parent or guardian.
